My Review

Having read and loved The Family Secret, I was really looking forward to reading House of Secrets. I was not disappointed, it had me gripped throughout and I couldn't stop reading.

Terry Lynn Thomas is such a talented writer, she has a great way of setting scenes and writing intriguing characters. The way she tells this type of story is just excellent. I enjoyed House of Secrets even more than The Family Secret. The paranormal side of the book definitely gave it an edge.
This is the second book in the series. It can be read as a standalone, although I think I would have enjoyed it even more than I did had I read the first book. I have added it to my reading list because I am really interested to find out what happened previously.
House of Secrets is a must read if you enjoy a lighter mystery with a slightly paranormal edge to it. I can't wait to read more from Terry Lynn Thomas.
